The seed sowed as per the plans of GOD will never go in waste. Here is our personal experience.

On 20th Jan 2015 we have a post on meetings held in HUBLI & DANDELI. In Dandeli the meetings were held on 14th & 15th of Jan, 2015. During prayers Pastor David prophesied to a person named KREESTU DASU that he will be serving our LORD more intensely and all his problems GOD is going to clear them and GOD is giving power over the evil spirits.

Today morning at 8.20am, he rang up from Dandeli and shared his testimony. He said he is on LORD’s work serving in many places. He is gifted with tongues and delivering people from evil spirits and bondage. “PRAISE THE LORD” Another brother while praying for him confirmed Pastor David’s prophesy stating that all his financial problems will be cleared. He received a phone call from HYDERABAD that somebody wanted to clear all his debts irrespective of the amount. PRAISE THE LORD!

He is so excited that he wanted to come all the way to NALGONDA and share the testimony.

PRAISE THE LORD, PRAISE HIM, PRAISE HIM, PRAISE HIM ………….

Whoever inspired, send your prayer request to us we will place them in the presence of LORD and pray for you in our daily morning prayers.

PRAYER REQUEST

Praise the Lord!

A special prayer request to all our FB followers. As prophesied GOD is expanding the ministry and its activities. The number of people attending our church in Nalgonda has increased many folds. Every Sunday many people are sitting outside the church sometime in the hot sun. We are unable to accommodate all the people in the church during nature’s calamities, such rain, strong winds etc. We had been praying persistently for extension of church.

There is vacant plot beside the church and behind the church, both the owners of the plots offered to sell it us at a reasonable price. However we don’t have sufficient funds to buy. If we acquire those plots we will be able to extend the church and accommodate all the people. Since, our church members are from average income holders it is difficult for them to contribute more to the church.

VIDUDALA (DELIVERANCE) MEETING @ NALGONDA ON 18.06.15

Praise the LORD

Yesterday the regular VIDUDALA (DELIVERANCE) meeting was held at Town hall, NALGONDA. Even though it was raining many people came to the meeting. The hall was packed with the people. Pastor Vijay Kumar made the opening prayer. The women and girls worship teams glorified the LORD with their melodious singing. Pastor Sagar made the announcements and explained the testimonies of two person. One women from Nalgonda district (Name & Place with held on the request of the person) was HIV positive and also suffering from TB. She was attending the VIDUDALA meetings with a strong faith that she will be touched by our awesome GOD and healed. Lo! GOD heard her prayers and Pastor David’s prayers and healed her. She shared her testimony with the public. Pastor David prayed for a man who was bedridden and our LORD heard our prayers and healed him. He shared the testimony in the meeting.

Pastor David delivered the GOD’s word how one should live, mightily like a mighty city Babylon or Holy as holy city Jerusalem. He quoted the examples of Martha and Mary. After the message he led the people into deep prayers. One can see the people praying emotionally. Bro.Vinod Kumar closed the meeting with a prayer and benediction.

Pastor David and other pastors prayed individually for everyone.

FESTIVAL OF 40 DAYS FASTING BREAK & PRAYER

In continuation to my posts on fasting & prayers, the festival of 40 days total fasting break was on 08.06.15 at our church premises. It was a wonderful site to see so many participants gathering for the break. The church was full with people they even sat outside the church under tents. Many pastors and evangelists came to the festival. All the participants who are fasting went to their homes for the last days to buy new clothes and dresses. They came with their relatives and friends. Many people came from the other churches and some well-known pastor who never came to our church attended the festival to know more about the church and its ministerial activities. It all happened since Pastor David is adjudged as the BEST PASTOR IN NALGONDA district. This recognition made a big difference among the Christian community. There was a talk that this is a poor people’s church, members are illiterates, etc. However some of the pastor advised the people who are suffering due to evil spirits to go to our church. Now the situation is changed.

We call this a festival and celebrate jubilantly, since most of the people even our Christian community think it is impossible for a man live to 40 days without eating. We show them with our GOD in support it is possible. Last year oldest person to fast is 60years and this year it is 70 years. They could also fast for 40 days. Our adolescent kids were on fasting.

GOD has shown us signs and wonders during these 40days period. Some are gifted with tongues, an illiterate lady is speaking in English, and some are gifted with prophesying. It is noticed most of the prophesies were about the church and its ministry expansion, and how mightily GOD is going to use Pastor David. GOD spoke about the territorial expansion of the ministry. Many of the participants are anointed by the Holy Ghost, some were healed, somewhere delivered of their bondages. When Pastor David was leading them into prayer they were praying for their relatives, friends, about their village. Mrs. Mary Sylvia continued in leading the prayer while Pastor David prayed individually by laying his hands on them. The entire church was slain under the power of prayer. When Mrs. Mary Sylvia was praying people were slain even without touching them.

People came as far as from KURNOOL AND ANANTHPUR towns of rayalaseema area. After completion of prayers fasting break started. First the people who were in 40 days fasting were called on to the platform their chosen relatives garlanded them, they fed them with very mild soft food along with cake. Later on in the sequence of 21 days, and 14 days fasting people were called for the break. Rest of the participants who were in 7days, 3 days and one day fasting were prayed in group and broke their fasting. Love feast was arranged for all the people.

By evening 4.00pm everything completed and participants reluctantly went to their homes.

Well we could do this only because GOD has chosen our church, it is HIS grace and mercy we are able to serve HIM. It is HIS guidance and leading we are able to organize the meetings. It is HIS protection we are safe and sound to work more for HIM. It HIS plan for us to be the part of HIS ministry.

Let us praise HIM.

VIDUDALA ( DELIVERANCE ) MEETING @ NALGONDA ON 04.06.15

The regular VIDUDALA (DELIVERANCE) MEETING was held on 04.06.15, instead of TOWN HALL it was held at AMBEDKAR BHAVAN, which is opposite to town hall on the main road very near to bus stand. The venue is changed temporarily, since there was government programs on the eve of TELANGANA STATE FORMATION DAY. There are not much amenities in the hall, we have requested the public to cooperate with us. Even though the venue is changed many people came to the meeting. 

Bro.Venkat made the opening prayer followed by our worship teams singing for the LORD. Pastor Sagar made the announcements. Pastor David shared the word of GOD which was an inspirational message. There after he led the participants into strong prayers. Bro.Vinod Kumar made the closing prayer and gave the benediction. Pastor David prayed individually for every one by laying hands on them.

Bro. Naveen and his mother came to the stage and shared their testimony, how Naveen has been delivered from evil spirits and became normal person. I HAVE MADE A SEPARATE POST OF THIS TESTIMONY.

Sis. Ramulamma shared her testimony. She was bitten by a venomous snake, she was taken to a hospital late, for treatment. Doctor gave her medicine and sent her home, she developed sever head ache and started vomiting. She was advised to go to better hospital in HYDERABAD CITY which is 103 kilometers away. She refused and came to the church. She was prayed for the healing. Now she is completely cured and normal. 

Praise the LORD for all these happenings.

OFFICIAL RECOGNITION FOR MINISTRY

I would like to share the happy moment that happened in our ministry.

The TELANGAN STATE, was in pursuit of best religious leaders in the state to honor them on the occasion of state formation day. It had been making discreet enquiries on the subject. In the process they have even made enquiries about our church and the pastor. The result being Pastor David was given clean chit by the authorities. We were unaware of the process other than a small hint. Suddenly they declared Pastor David as best pastor of the NALGONDA district. On behalf of the state government collector and other officials, on 02.06.15 honored him with a memento and cash incentive.

As this news covered in local newspapers, it made a big difference, it was clearly felt on the day of 40days fasting break festival many pastor, evangelist and members of the other churches attended the function. Many came to see the Pastor, and the church and its activities.

TESTIMONY

Bro.Naveen is from Paidi marri village, kanagal mandal under Nalgonda district. He is from a happy agriculture labor family. He was normal till his 10th class studies. After joining in a college for intermediate studies, he stopped going to college after 4 months and told that he is afraid to go to college. Slowly he started acting strangely, he stopped eating, and even in hot summer he used to cover himself with blankets telling he is feeling cold. He used to switch of the fan and unable to see the light. He closes the windows. He sleeps sometimes on the cot and sometimes under the cot. He was not responding to the people. He was trying to harm himself.

His parents consulted general physician and even a psychologist for treatment but in vain. His parents suspected witchcraft and took him to witchdoctor and did everything whatever they said but in vain. His condition deteriorated further.

Once his mother came to Alligudem village where we have a branch church, sister Yadamma told her to bring him to VIDUDALA (DELIVERANCE) MEETING at Nalgonda.She came along with her son to vidudala meetings as well as to church. With great faith that our GOD can deliver him, she took baptism and started 40 days full fasting and stayed in the church along with her son. Our compassionate God healed and delivered him completely.

Now, there is no fear in him, he is eating well, talking to everyone and responding to the people. He is sitting in the church singing songs and praising GOD.

It’s a wonderful testimony and inspiration to his father, who never turned up to see his son or his wife heard about sons deliverance, he came to the church seen him and believed and developed faith on the LORD. On 30.05.15 both father and son took baptism. PRAISE THE LORD.

FASTINGS

FASTING

Means making a decision to stay without taking food for the purpose of having a deeper spiritual experience with God.

It is a common occurrence in the bible. Many bible saints fasted like Moses – 40 days (Exo 24:12-18, 34:26), Samuel (1 Sam 7:5-6), Esther (Esther 4:16), Jesus (Matt 4:1-2), John’s disciples, the apostles, the early Christians etc.

Kinds of Fasting.

1. Absolute fasting – when one does not Eat but drink only water. (This could be the fasting used by Jesus for he never complained of thirst).
2. Complete / Total / Normal fasting – No food but only liquids.

When did people pray in the bible?
1. when there was a disaster
2. when they were going through emotional problems
3. when there was grief
4. when there was anxiety or impending danger
5. when they received bad news
6. when God gave instructions to do so
7. when there was sin in the land
Because we still experience the above today, we need to fast.

Why should we fast?
1. To seek God when repenting as an individual or nation eg people of Nineveh repented during Jonah’s time (Jonah 3:5-10) by fasting and praying. They decided to God.
2. To humble ourselves before God – God does not like proud people. He resists them 1 Pet 5:5-6 James 4:10.
3. For God to give you direction on an issue – When confused and you don’t know what to do, seek God by fasting. Ezra fasted to ask God whether he should be assisted by the King or he should rely on God. Ezra 8:21
4. To gain victory over temptations or sin. To get victory over sins like malice, hatred, drinking, smoking, drug addiction, immorality, adolescence crisis etc. the powers that hold us are easily broken when we fast. Eph 6:10-13
5. To get protection from danger – During Esther’s time, Haman plotted how to kill all the Jews. Realizing they were in danger, they fasted and God killed him. The devil would wish to kill you, when you feel afraid, fast and pray.
6. Helps in casting demons. In Matthew 17:14-21, the disciples were unable to cast out demons in a boy. He told them this was only possible if they could have fasted and prayed.
7. Helps to release the power of God in us for ministry. Would you like to do more and to have more power as you serve God? Then fast. Acts 13:2-3
8. Helps us obtain favor from God – Special favors will require you to fast as you work your way. If you need a job favor, passing exams etc, ask God for that favor. Esther was granted favor before the king after fasting for 3 days.
9. It is commanded by God. God always commanded his people to return to him through fasting. Jesus told disciples in Matthew 6:16-18 ‘when you fast’ not ‘if’.
10. Helps us to obtain healing from God. Isa 58: says we shall receive quick healing when we fast. Drinking pure water during fasting is quite good as it eliminates toxic waste in the body. You can also get divine healing. During a fast, the body improves physically and spiritually
11. Helps us gain more understanding about God’s word. You gain great wisdom and understanding of God’s word when you fast.
12. Helps us to discipline ourselves. You can discipline your soul through fasting. Your heart starts longing for what God desires.
13. Helps us to put to death the carnal body so as to walk by the spirit. Praying and fasting helps you to put to death such evils. Col 3:5-6.
14. Helps us to purify our channels so that God can use us. Fasting enables God to clean our body, spirit and soul. Let prepare the way of the Lord in our lives. Isa 40:3.
15. Helps us obtain divine strength for tasks ahead. Paul got his strength in weakness. 2 Cor 12:9. He says ‘when I am weak I am strong’. You can achieve supernatural things through fasting.
16. Helps us to do more intensive prayer. Fasting is good for you. It will help you to be more prepared for what might happen later. Jesus told his 3 disciples to watch and pray so that they may not get tempted, but they slept. When the trial hour came, peter had to rely on his knife than God’s protection.
17. Helps to increase our spiritual level and starts revealing his plans and strategies to us.
18. Helps to increase our faith. Fasting breaks barriers of unbelief in our hearts. It strengthens our faith and helps us to be filled with the Holy Spirit, win souls to God’s kingdom, pray for the sick, improve our Christian life, do impossible things.
19. Helps us to take over a land for Jesus. For us to win a city or a nation to Jesus, we need to pray and fast over long periods. It requires us to be persistent – not giving up. Are you ready for this?
20. Can be done as a service and sacrifice to God. Anna, a prophetess in Luke 2:37 served God with prayers and fasting day and night. She did this in a way of serving God.
21. From Isaiah 58, the following are other advantages:
a.V8. Your light will break forth. You will prosper in health, relationship, material wise, school etc.
b. V8 Your righteousness shall go before you. You will have victory over sin.
c. V8. God will anoint you.
d. V9 God will always be at your service to answer you.
e. V11. God will continually guide you in all you do.
f. V11. God will provide for you, even during famine times
g. V11. You will be refreshed (renewed). You will be like a well watered garden
h. V12. God will use you to restore others.
i. V12. You shall rise up foundations. Things that were not will spring up because of your involvement.
j. V12. You will repair hopeless situations.
k. V14. God will promote you.
l. V14. You will be blessed and will bless.
22. Releases a great outpouring of the Holy Spirit and restoration of God’s glory. Joel 1:8-14; 2:12-15; 2:23-29.
