Praise the LORD!
The schedule for this year fasting and prayers started from 29.04.2015.Almost all the members of our church has completed 40 days full fasting including some of our youth and Sunday school children. However, to encourage the new members and renew spiritual life of older members every year in summer holidays we conduct fasting and prayers. People who are fasting for 21days, 14days, 7days, 3days and even 1day will be joining intermittently so that all the participants will be breaking the fasting on one particular day. Participants who are fasting for 40 days have to stay in the church after completing 10days of fasting at their home, for regular prayers and spiritual nourishment. All their needs will be taken care by the church. On the day of fasting break the participants totals to approximately 300 to 400.
Fasting is GOD’s chosen way to deepen and strengthen prayer.
Fasting deepens hunger for God
Fasting, coupled with mighty prayer, is powerful.
Fasting Intensifies Prayer
Fasting Brings Deliverance and Victory
Fasting Prepares for GODs Latter rain
Fasting Christians receive directions and power from the Holy Spirit for decisions or tasks of special importance.
Fasting may provide us with a key to unlock doors where other keys have failed; a window opening up new horizons in the unseen world; a spiritual weapon of God’s providing, “mighty, to the pulling down of strongholds.”
Please pray for this event. Please pray for the finances as the church has to take care of the participants for 30days.
